Weekend Retreat Work
Come work retreats at Camp -- we need you, your smiles, and your skills! Check out the schedule below and email the Glisson Interns to request to work. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has arrived and been seen. Here's a bit of necessary info about retreat work:- Arrival Time: Arrive 30 minutes early to set up and/or meet the group and lead them to activity area.
- Welcoming: Make sure to be welcoming, friendly, and helpful towards the retreat group.
- Rain Plans: Have rain plans ready. If it rains hard enough to cancel the event, retreat staff are responsible for quality backup activities. In most instances this means leading group initiatives in the Holland building. Think ahead before you arrive so you will not be caught off guard.
- Payment: Turn in your Activity Payment Form. This will ensure that you get paid in a timely fashion. This form will ask how many hours you worked and your total mileage driven. We will not pay you if you do not fill out this form.
