Since 1925, summer staff have worked to carry out this mission by providing life-changing summer programming for youth. Summer staff work hard, play hard, get dirty, sweat a lot, serve a lot, lead others and each other, participate, facilitate, cooperate, educate, inspire, and encourage for nine camp weeks each summer. We're looking for people who are willing to put themselves last ... for competent and creative leaders ... for team players who are willing to love and accept children and youth as they are, to appreciate procedures, to embrace small-group camping philosophy, and to serve with a selfless desire to share God's love with everyone.
