Open registration for summer 2012 is underway now. Please read the following pre-registration info in its entirety before clicking the registration link at the bottom of this page.
Your camper’s information or summer registration will not be saved if you close or stop the registration process before completing it in full. The information* in the four steps below is required to insure a successful and complete registration.

Information needed to complete your registration
Step 1: Health History
- The date of your camper’s last tetanus booster
- The name and phone number of your camper’s doctor and dentist
- Your campers health insurance or Medicaid information
*Please Note: If registering a returning camper from summer 2011, your camper’s health history is complete. You should update changes in health, medicines and doctor's contact info. You will be required to verify accuracy of the information with a drop down "yes" and your name.
Step 2: Cabin Mate Requests (Not-applicable to Day Camps)
- Both campers must be registered for the same camp program and same age group, during the same week
- Both campers must request each other (groups of three or more cannot request each other). If a “triangle” has been requested, none of the campers' requests will be honored.

Step 4: Payment Information
This online system accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover. You will be required to make the minimum deposit in order to be registered for camp. Until the deposit is made, your camper will not hold a spot during your selected week. If you register after May 1st, full payment is required at the time of registration.
- $50 for Day Camps
- $100 for Mini Camps - Village, Outpost and Sparrowwood
- $100 for Village one-week camps
- $100 for Sparrowwood one-week camps
- $100 for Adventure Outpost one-week camps
- $250 for Village two-week camps
- $250 for ELP program
"The Miner's Shack" Camp Store (Not applicable to Day Camps)
For Summer 2012, the cashless camp store at Glisson will return! You can deposit money into a store account for your camper during online registration. You may also choose to deposit to your camper's store account at anytime after registration until your camper comes to camp. If you would prefer to mail a check or cash for your camper's store account prior to the camp week, please include your camper's name and the session he or she will be attending. Each camper will go to the camp store with his or her living group more than once during the week.
*Please Note: If campers brings cash to camp, they will not be able to use it in the camp store.
Release Agreements
Transfer Policy: After registering, campers may transfer to a different camp session for a $25.00 fee up until 30 days prior to the opening day of their initial camp session. No transfers may be made within 30 days of the beginning of a session.
- Notice of cancellation must be received by our Registrar in writing (email or postal mail).
- For cancellation more than 30 days before camp, refund will be the amount paid minus the deposit.
- There will be no refund for cancellation within 30 days of the camp session.
- If camp fees are not paid by May 1st, 2012 your registration will be canceled and the next available person on the waitlist will be offered the spot.
- All fees paid will be forfeited if camper does not check-in on the Sunday of his/her camp session or chooses to go home early.*
- Full refunds will only be given when we receive a signed doctor’s note. Doctor's note must be received within 3 days of the cancellation.
Health History, Transportation and Use of Likeness Release
I attest that the health history information I will complete online during the registration process is current, correct and accurately reflects the health status of the camper to whom it pertains. The camper described has permission to participate in all camp activities except as noted by me and/or an examining physician. I give permission to the physician selected by the camp to order x-rays, routine tests, and treatment related to the health of my child for both routine health care and in emergency situations. If I cannot be reached in an emergency, I give my permission to the physician to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for, and order injection, anesthesia, or surgery for this child. I understand the information on this form will be shared on a “need to know” basis with camp staff. I give permission to print or photocopy this form. In addition, the camp has permission to obtain a copy of my child’s health record from providers who treat my child and these providers may talk with the program’s staff about my child’s health status.
For good and valuable consideration, we hereby consent to and authorize the reproduction, publication, and use by Camp Glisson and their successors and assigns, for advertising, commercial, or any other purpose, of any photograph, picture video or likeness of my child or other family members.
